Entrepreneur

What is an entrepreneur?

Before you begin to know why it would be interesting to ask the question of what an entrepreneur?
According to Webster's Dictionary, the entrepreneur is "a person who, under a contract for services, agrees, for remuneration, in particular work to the benefit of another person, called master of the book. " This is clearly an entrepreneur.

But for me it is not only an entrepreneur within the meaning of profit  to a company, but more than that. The contractor is a person who, driven by values and a strong idea, is embarking on a project  and dear  to his heart. Thus, employees (who are often contrasted with business leaders) invested in an internal  project, their company might as well be entrepreneurs as managers, association members or corporate executives. The commitment, the project will  make them entrepreneurs. Such as travelers who accumulate human enrichment as return on investment of their trips (see my article travel is undertaken).

I fear that by limiting the term entrepreneurial business leaders in our culture, it puts a brake on people's willingness to engage in such projects within their company. Moreover, it could lead the opposition of business leaders to their employees.

What do you think? Is that only entrepreneurs are entrepreneurs or is it that everyone engaged and having the courage to bring his project to achieve its objectives is also?

You can read my article if you want  to be an entrepreneur, about the contractor company founder, for more information about it.

 Defination of entrepreneur

An entrepreneur is a person who's aim is to provide an income by a certain combination of labour, capital and knowledge to run a business or maintain.  Always leads the entrepreneur and his company as long as  the goal is achieved or the company profits.

Business means taking initiative and pursue market opportunities. Kirzner described the entrepreneur as someone who is alert to opportunities. Innovation is not necessarily a feature of what an entrepreneur brings. Entrepreneurship is (except for Schumpeter, Kirzner and some other economists) an underexposed factor in conventional economic theory. In business, the role of the entrepreneur is already in the focus. Psychologists, sociologists and anthropologists have contributed important insights about the entrepreneur and his entrepreneurial behavior.

A company can be both a goal and a means. Some people are entrepreneurs to make money, but they would also somewhere in payroll can go if she would earn more. For others it is part of their appeal. Many GPs, dentists, pharmacists, artists  and farmers and other "professions" are an entrepreneur. There is also a large category of people who are entrepreneurs because they do not want to be dependent on others (though they of course depend on their customers).

In everyday parlance, sometimes the director who is not the owner of the company is indicated as an entrepreneur. That is incorrect. If he only does work and no risk to his ability, he is just a person employed by the company.
